Therefore, Saleforte-AI service provider (specifically 【ASTRUM AI SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.】, hereinafter referred to as "we") has formulated this "Saleforte-AI Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as "this policy"/"this privacy policy"). We hope that you will carefully read and understand this privacy policy before using Saleforte-AI and related services to make appropriate choices.

This policy aims to help you clearly understand:

1. How we collect, use, and protect your personal information during your use of our products and services.

2. In addition to this privacy policy, in specific scenarios, we will also inform you of the corresponding information collection purposes, scope, and usage methods through timely notifications (including pop-ups, page prompts, etc.) and feature update explanations. These instant notifications and feature update explanations constitute part of this privacy policy and have the same effect as this privacy policy.

I. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all products and services provided by us through websites, software clients, mobile terminals, and other terminal platforms, as well as future technological forms.

This policy only applies to services provided by us to you. For services provided by Saleforte-AI partners and other third parties, their personal information collection and use activities will be subject to the personal privacy rules explained to you by that third party.

During your use of our products/services, we may need to collect and use your personal information. This information is mainly divided into the following types, with specific collection scenarios and purposes as follows:

(A) Basic Principles of Collection and Use

We will follow the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity, for the purpose of providing you with relevant products and services, to collect and process your personal information and disclose it to you. We strive to comprehensively, completely, and promptly disclose to you the collection and use of your personal information. If you find errors or omissions in our disclosure, please contact us through the contact methods stated in this policy.

When using our products/services, you need to/may need to authorize us to collect and use your personal information, including the following two types:

(1) For the basic functions of providing our products and/or services to you, you must authorize us to collect and use necessary information. If you refuse to provide the corresponding information, you will not be able to use our products and/or services normally;

(2) For additional functions of providing our products and/or services to you, you can choose whether to agree or disagree with our collection and use of information. If you refuse to provide, you will not be able to use the relevant additional functions normally or achieve the functional effects we intend to achieve, but it will not affect your use of our basic functions.

(B) In basic business functions, you need to authorize us to collect and use your personal information in the following situations:

To implement the following basic functions of our products/services, we will collect and use your personal information as follows:

1. Help you become our registered user

(1) When you register, log in, or subscribe to Saleforte-AI and related services, you can create and complete registration with your phone number or email address. Phone number/email address is necessary information required by national laws and regulations regarding network security systems. If you do not provide a phone number/email address for registration, login, or subscription, we cannot provide you with Saleforte-AI and related services.

(2) If you choose to authorize the use of a third-party account to log in, we will obtain the account information you share from the third party (such as avatar, nickname, and other information, subject to your authorization content) according to your authorization and bind it to your Saleforte-AI account for quick login. We will use your personal information in accordance with the agreement with the third party, subject to relevant regulations. If you refuse to authorize such information, you will not be able to use a third-party account to log in, but it will not affect your enjoyment of other products and services provided by us.

2. Implement product/service security guarantees

When you use our products/services, to identify account abnormal states, understand product adaptability, and provide you with page displays and search results that better meet your needs, we may automatically collect your usage situations and store them as network log information, including:

(1) Device information: For device identification, data statistics and analysis, and ensuring the security and quality of network access and service operations, we will receive and record information related to the device you use according to your specific operations and backend status during access and/or use, including device model, operating system version, MAC address and IMEI, IMSI, MEID, IDFA, OAID device identifiers (limited to Android, HarmonyOS devices), Android ID (Android only), IP, SD card data, device environment, mobile application list software and hardware characteristic information), device location-related information [including your authorized GPS location and WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base station sensor information]. To prevent malicious programs and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we collect process information during operation, the overall operation of applications, application crash situations, overall installation and usage, performance data, and application sources.

(2) Service log information: When you use our products/services, we will automatically collect detailed usage information of our services as service logs, including browsing, search queries, company follow, company monitoring, IP address, browser type, telecommunications operator, language used, access date and time, etc.

Please note that device information and service log information alone cannot identify a specific natural person's identity. If we combine this type of non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person's identity, or use it in combination with personal information, during the combined use period, this type of non-personal information will be treated as personal information. Unless otherwise authorized by you or stipulated by laws and regulations, we will anonymize this information.

3. Provide you with order placement and order management functions

When you place orders for AI sales package products, AI client package products, and other services on Saleforte-AI, you need to provide contact information according to the type of service you choose (including but not limited to name, phone number, email, ID number, etc., subject to your authorization scope). We will generate a specific order for your purchase of the product/service, which will specify the product/service information you ordered, specific order number, order creation time, and the amount you paid. We collect this information to help you successfully complete the transaction, ensure your transaction security, query order information, provide customer service and after-sales service, and for other purposes we explicitly inform you of.

If you need an invoice, you need to provide the invoice title, taxpayer identification number, and email for receiving the invoice. If you need a paper invoice, to mail the invoice or other documents to you, you also need to fill in the recipient's name, address, and contact phone number to complete the courier delivery.

4. Help you complete service order payments

When you make order payments on Saleforte-AI, you need to provide a third-party payment platform account (Alipay, WeChat Pay, Huawei Pay) and select a payment method. We will share your desensitized user information, corresponding third-party payment platform account name, order payment-related information, order security-related device information, and other necessary information required by anti-money laundering laws and regulations with the third-party payment platform through SDK embedded in the application to confirm your payment instructions and help you complete payment. The aforementioned third-party payment platform will obtain your connection permissions, mobile phone information permissions, and access to network status and wifi status.

5. Respond to your customer service needs

When you use our customer service or other user response functions (including but not limited to pre-sales, after-sales, and dispute resolution requests), for your account and system security, we may require you to provide account information first and match it with your previous personal information to verify your user identity. At the same time, we may also need to collect your following personal information: contact methods (phone number/email you use to contact us or other contact methods you actively provide to us), your communication information with us (including text/pictures/audio/video/call records/call recordings) and other necessary information associated with your needs. We collect this information to inquire about facts and help you solve problems. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to use our customer service and other user response functions.

Based on service optimization needs, we may use the information you provide when communicating with customer service, or the response content you submit when participating in questionnaires, to improve service quality.

(C) In additional business functions, you need to authorize us to collect and use your personal information in the following situations:

1. You can also choose to provide us with nickname, avatar, email, WeChat number, real name, work unit, industry, position, address, business card (hereinafter referred to as "identity information"), etc., according to your own needs, to complete your personal profile and obtain additional services that better meet your needs. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your enjoyment of the basic functions of our products/services.

2. If you need Saleforte-AI to provide personalized marketing solutions, we will collect your connected store information (store information mainly refers to store name, store sales data, etc., limited to e-commerce platforms that support this function); if you refuse to provide store information, you will not be able to use marketing functions based on store data.

3. We may combine user needs to periodically launch operational activities containing new functions or services. If you participate in activities, we will collect identity information, contact information, and other necessary data through the activity page (specific data is subject to the activity page or specified contact information) for contacting you, verifying reward eligibility, and distributing rewards. If you do not participate in the activity, you do not need to provide this information; if you participate but refuse to provide necessary information, you will not be able to receive activity rewards.

4. When you purchase goods or services through Saleforte-AI, to fulfill your transaction, delivery, and after-sales service needs, you agree to authorize us, according to your choice, to share necessary information directly related to the transaction from the order (i.e., shipping address, contact person, delivery time) with the relevant goods or service provider; if you refuse to authorize the above information, you will not be able to use the above services.

5. To ensure that Saleforte-AI affiliated companies collaboratively provide you with services (including product service delivery based on platform accounts, personalized information recommendations, member account number identification, and personal property security protection), we may share necessary personal information within the scope of affiliated companies and their designated service providers, specifically as follows:

III. Providing Information to External Parties

(A) Sharing

1. You can order Saleforte-AI customer products/services for others through our products/services and provide relevant information about the actual service recipient. If the information you provide contains personal information of other users, before providing this personal information to us, you need to ensure that you have obtained legal authorization.

2. If we use information for purposes not stated in this privacy policy, or use information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, we will separately seek your authorization and consent.

3. Please understand and acknowledge that according to relevant laws and regulations, we do not need to obtain your authorization and consent when collecting and using your personal information in the following situations:

  • Necessary for fulfilling statutory duties or obligations;
  • Necessary for responding to public health emergencies, or for protecting your life, health, and property safety in emergency situations;
  • Using personal information that has been made public by the individual or has been legally made public by others within a reasonable scope, except when you explicitly refuse or it significantly impacts personal rights and interests;
  • Necessary for signing and performing contracts as requested by the personal information subject;
  • Processing personal information within a reasonable scope for implementing news reporting, public opinion supervision, and other actions for public interest;
  • We may share your personal information within the legally permitted scope based on mandatory provisions of laws and regulations, the necessity of resolving litigation disputes, or in response to requests lawfully made by administrative and judicial authorities and other requirements for fulfilling legal obligations;
  • Other circumstances stipulated by laws, regulations, or regulatory policies.

4. Special rules for sensitive information and purpose changes: If it involves sharing sensitive personal information or changing the purpose of information use by the company, we will re-obtain your separate authorization.

5. Please be aware: If you actively disclose or share information when using the service, it may lead to the disclosure of your or others' personal information (including sensitive information). Please carefully assess the potential impact of such behavior.

6. Please note that according to applicable laws, if we take technical measures and other necessary measures to process personal information so that the data recipient cannot re-identify specific individuals and cannot restore it, or we may de-identify, statistically analyze, and predict the collected information for improving our content layout, providing product or service support for business decisions, and improving our products and services (including using anonymous data for machine learning or model algorithm training), the use of such processed data does not require separate notification to you and obtaining your consent. When your information can identify your personal identity alone or in combination with other information, or when we combine data that cannot be linked to any specific personal information with your other personal information, this information will be treated and protected as your personal information during the combined use period in accordance with this privacy policy.

(C) Transfer

We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following situations:

(1) Transfer with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties;

(2) In the case of mergers, divisions, dissolutions, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidation involving personal information transfers, we will: Notify you 30 days in advance through in-site notifications or text messages about the name/identity and contact information of the receiving party; require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this policy, otherwise, we will require that company or organization to seek authorization consent from you again.

(D) Public Disclosure

We only publicly disclose your personal information in the following strictly limited scenarios:

1. Based on your active choice or separate consent, such as when you voluntarily participate in public award activities and agree to the public display of award information, or share order experiences through social platforms and authorize us to synchronously display;

2. To fulfill legal responsibilities or protect significant legal interests;

3. When we have reasonable evidence indicating that you have violated laws and regulations or seriously violated platform rules (such as fraud, malicious order brushing, dissemination of illegal information), and such behavior has substantially threatened the personal and property safety of other users or the public, we may disclose necessary information directly related to the violation (such as violation account, behavior type, handling measures), and ensure that the disclosure scope is appropriate to the risk level.

IV. Your Rights

You can exercise your personal information-related rights through the following channels, and we will respond to your requests within the framework of laws and regulations:

(A) Access, Correction, and Supplementation

You have the right to access, correct, or supplement your personal information by contacting our official website customer service or sending an email to contact@saleforte-ai.com.

(B) Deletion

1. You can delete part of your personal information by referring to the path in "(A) Access, Correction, and Supplementation", or apply to close your account to delete all information.

2. In the following situations, you can request deletion by contacting customer service:

  • Our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;
  • We collect and use your personal information without obtaining your explicit consent;
  • Our processing of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you;
  • The purpose of personal information processing has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary;
  • We have stopped providing services or the personal information retention period has expired.
  • If we respond to your deletion request, we will notify relevant parties who have obtained your information from us and require them to delete it (unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or the entity has obtained your independent authorization).

Important Note: Due to legal or security technology limitations, information in backup systems may not be immediately cleared after deletion operations. We will take storage permission restriction measures to process this information until complete backup cleanup or anonymization processing.

(C) Change Authorization Scope

Each business function requires corresponding personal information to be completed. For the collection and use of personal information related to our additional functions, you can give or withdraw your authorization consent at any time. You can adjust the authorization scope of personal information collection and processing, or withdraw your authorization consent by sending an email to contact@saleforte-ai.com. When you withdraw consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information, but your decision to withdraw consent will not affect personal information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.

Please note:

1. Basic function necessary information (such as login credentials);

2. Information required for fulfilling legal obligations (such as transaction records);

May not be able to respond to authorization change requests.

(D) Account Cancellation

If you decide not to use our services anymore, you can submit an account cancellation application through the official website customer service or contact@saleforte-ai.com. After cancellation:

1. We will stop services and legally delete or anonymize your personal information;

2. All content, data, and records in the account will be permanently unrecoverable (except as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations);

3. Cancellation is an irreversible operation, re-using the service requires re-registration.

Before cancellation, please be sure to: Confirm that you have completed the liquidation of assets in your account.

(E) Constraining Automated Decision-Making by Information Systems

If decisions made based on algorithms or other automated decision-making mechanisms affect your legitimate rights and interests, you can appeal through customer service channels.

(F) Response Mechanism

You and your guardians, close relatives, or other legal representatives can exercise rights through contact@saleforte-ai.com or the personal information protection department, and comply with the following rules:

1. For security purposes, you may need to provide a written request or prove your identity in other ways. We may require verification of your identity first, then process your request.

2. We will respond to your request within fifteen working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to us through the contact methods stated in this policy.

3. For your reasonable requests, we generally do not charge fees, but for repeated requests beyond reasonable limits, we will charge certain cost fees at our discretion. For those requests that are groundlessly repetitive, require excessive technical means (for example, requiring the development of new systems or fundamentally changing current practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are very impractical (for example, involving information stored on backup tapes), we may refuse.

4. In the following circumstances, according to the requirements of laws and regulations, we will not be able to respond to your request:

  • Related to our fulfillment of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations;
  • Directly related to national security and defense security;
  • Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
  • Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
  • We have sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;
  • For the purpose of protecting your or other individuals' life, property, and other significant legitimate rights and interests, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
  • Responding to your request would cause serious harm to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
  • Involving commercial secrets;
  • Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

V. Information Storage

1. We only retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this policy, unless otherwise mandatorily required by laws and regulations (for example, Article 31 of the "E-commerce Law of the People's Republic of China" stipulates that goods and services information and transaction information shall be kept for not less than three years from the date of completion of the transaction).

2. Judgment Basis for Storage Period

Our core criteria for determining personal information storage periods include:

  • Fulfilling transaction purposes and retaining evidence: To complete transactions related to you, maintain business records, and provide necessary support for your inquiries or complaints;
  • Ensuring service security and quality: Technical verification cycles required for ensuring continuous safe operation and quality optimization of services;
  • Your explicit consent: If you agree to a longer information storage period, we will execute according to the authorization scope;
  • Special legal or agreed requirements: Other mandatory provisions of laws and regulations or special retention clauses agreed with you (such as dispute resolution agreements).

3. Processing Method After Expiration

After exceeding the retention period, we will legally delete or anonymize personal information (anonymization refers to the process of technical processing of personal information so that the personal information subject cannot be identified and the processed information cannot be restored).

4. Security Protection Measures

  • We have used industry-standard security protection measures to protect the personal information you provide, preventing it from unauthorized access, use, modification, public disclosure, damage, or loss. We will take all reasonable feasible measures to protect your personal information, for example, building a complete and advanced data security protection system, using encryption technology to enhance data confidentiality, using trusted protection mechanisms to prevent data from malicious attacks. We deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information, organize data security and privacy protection training courses, and enhance employees' awareness of the importance of personal information protection.
  • We will take strict measures to protect your privacy and ensure that your privacy rights are not infringed in any way.
  • The internet environment is not 100% secure, and we will strive to ensure the security of personal information sent to us. If our physical, technical, or management protective facilities are damaged, resulting in information being accessed, publicly disclosed, tampered with, or destroyed without authorization, thereby causing damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we will promptly initiate emergency plans and take reasonable remedial measures to minimize the impact on your personal information and other rights and interests.
  • In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, promptly inform you of: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, your suggestions for autonomous prevention and risk reduction, as well as remedial measures for you. We will timely inform you of the relevant circumstances of the incident by email, letter, telephone, push notification, etc. When it is difficult to inform the personal information subjects one by one, we will take reasonable and effective ways to publish announcements. At the same time, we will also actively report the handling of personal information security incidents to the regulatory department according to the requirements of the regulatory department.

1. To continuously improve your product and service experience, we are committed to improving technical capabilities and service processes. Any policy updates will not diminish your legal rights that you enjoy under the current policy.

2. For changes involving significant adjustments to user rights (including but not limited to: substantial changes in the purpose, method, and scope of personal information processing; changes in the mechanism for exercising user rights; or adjustments to data cross-border rules), we will notify you through prominent channels, including but not limited to:

  • Publishing update announcements on the Saleforte-AI official website;
  • Pushing pop-up prompts through the product interface;
  • Sending targeted notifications to your registered email or bound mobile number.

VII. Protection of Minors

1. We attach great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. When you browse our products in a non-login state, we only collect personal current device status information and necessary personal commonly used device information about you during your use of specific products, and due to existing technical limitations, we cannot determine whether you are a child under 14 years of age, but we will strictly use such information according to your authorization consent scope and protect your personal information as promised in this policy.

2. When you register and log in to your account and fill in age-related information or undergo real-name verification, we will collect your age information and can identify whether you are a minor. Given that our products are mainly for adult users, if you are under 14 years of age and do not have the consent of your parents or guardians, you should not create a personal account or use our services. For cases where we collect personal information of minors under 14 years of age with the consent of parents or guardians, we will only use or publicly disclose this information in situations where relevant laws and regulations allow, parents or guardians explicitly consent, or it is necessary to protect minors. At the same time, according to the provisions of laws and regulations, personal information of children under 14 years of age (children) belongs to sensitive personal information. Our processing of personal information of children under 14 years of age will be carried out in accordance with relevant legal provisions and relevant national standards and requirements for sensitive personal information.

3. If we discover that we have collected personal information of minors under 14 years of age without prior consent from guardians, we will delete or anonymize the relevant data.
